Sherwin Williams - Bainbridge, OH

Multi-tenant new development on Aurora Road in Bainbridge Township.  Tenants include 3,500 square foot Sherwin Williams, Jersey Mike's Subs and additional tenants.   

 

The site was previously occupied by a user that required extensive environmental clean up as well as working with adjacent developments to extend the water line approximately 1000 feet.

The project included land acquisition, entitlement work, construction, and property management.
